Crew management responsibilities are carried out by our affiliate, Sirius Ship Management srl in Genoa. Sirius promotes training, commitment and career development for the competent, qualified and experienced Italian merchant marine officers and seafarers who make up our crews. Ocean Crew Management Ltd, another subsidiary, handles crews of foreign nationalities.

The high quality of the crew is guaranteed by the strong involvement of d'Amico Società di Navigazione SQE department, that is in charge of final selection and of defining training contents and standards for career paths.

All of the above services are offered to third parties interested in outsourcing their crewing needs.
